Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Aptitude Trainer located in Tirupati. The Aptitude Trainer will be responsible for conducting training sessions on quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and verbal ability. Day-to-day tasks include creating lesson plans, delivering engaging sessions, evaluating student performance, and providing constructive feedback. The trainer will also be responsible for developing course materials and staying updated with the latest trends in aptitude training.

Qualifications

• Expertise in quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and verbal ability
• Experience in creating and delivering engaging training sessions
• Ability to evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback
• Experience in developing course materials and updating them regularly
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work on-site in Tirupati
• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience as an aptitude trainer is a plus
