Sales and Lead Conversion: Contact prospective students via phone and provide them with information about the company’s offerings. Follow up on leads generated through various marketing campaigns. Convert potential leads into enrolled students by effectively communicating the value of our programs. Relationship Building: Build trust and maintain a positive relationship with students and parents. Ensure regular follow-ups to address queries and concerns. Achieving Targets: Meet weekly and monthly sales targets set by the management. Reporting: Maintain records of calls, interactions, and conversions in the CRM system. Provide regular feedback and insights to the sales and marketing teams. Required Skills: Proficiency in Tamil , English , and Malayalam . Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand student needs and provide appropriate solutions. Persuasion and negotiation skills to close sales effectively. Basic knowledge of CRM (Lead square/ ZOHO) software is a plus. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any field (Education, Business, or related fields preferred). 1-3 years of experience in telecalling, sales, or counseling is an advantage (freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome). WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Proven experience as a Data Analyst, Data scientist or Trainer. Strong expertise in Excel and SQL, Python/R, Power BI,Tableau. Knowledge of machine learning basics is a plus. Ability to simplify complex topics for learners at different skill levels.
