Job Description: Business Development Associate / Executive – VINSUP ACADEMY Location: Coimbatore Number of Positions: 3 About the Role: We are seeking enthusiastic and driven Telecalling Sales Executives to join our dynamic team in Coimbatore. In this role, you will guide students in choosing the right career path while promoting our EDTECH solutions. If you are passionate about education and have excellent communication skills in Tamil, English, and Malayalam, this is the perfect opportunity for you. Key Responsibilities: Career Counseling: Engage with students and parents to understand their career aspirations and educational needs. Provide guidance on available courses, programs, and career paths to help students achieve their goals. Sales and Lead Conversion: Contact prospective students via phone and provide them with information about the company’s offerings. Follow up on leads generated through various marketing campaigns. Convert potential leads into enrolled students by effectively communicating the value of our programs. Relationship Building: Build trust and maintain a positive relationship with students and parents. Ensure regular follow-ups to address queries and concerns. Achieving Targets: Meet weekly and monthly sales targets set by the management. Reporting: Maintain records of calls, interactions, and conversions in the CRM system. Provide regular feedback and insights to the sales and marketing teams. Required Skills: Proficiency in Tamil , English , and Malayalam . Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand student needs and provide appropriate solutions. Persuasion and negotiation skills to close sales effectively. Basic knowledge of CRM (Lead square/ ZOHO) software is a plus. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any field (Education, Business, or related fields preferred). 1-3 years of experience in telecalling, sales, or counseling is an advantage (freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome).
