Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Aptitude Trainer, located in Tirupati. The Aptitude Trainer will facilitate learning sessions focused on quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and verbal ability. Responsibilities include preparing tailored training modules, conducting effective classroom sessions, monitoring student progress, and providing feedback to enhance performance. The Aptitude Trainer will work closely with students to ensure they achieve placement readiness.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Verbal Ability
• Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills
• Previous experience in the education or skill development sector as a trainer
• Ability to design and deliver engaging training content
• Proficiency in tools for creating training materials and performance reports
• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, English, Education, or a related field
• Ability to inspire and guide students in achieving career goals
• Experience in preparing students for competitive exams or placement tests is beneficial
