Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Tirupati for an Aptitude Trainer. The trainer will be responsible for delivering training sessions in quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and verbal ability to students preparing for placement and competitive exams. Responsibilities include designing interactive training content, assessing student progress, conducting mock assessments, offering individual guidance to students, and staying updated on current aptitude test patterns and methodologies.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Verbal Ability
• Experience in creating and delivering interactive training sessions
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• A passion for teaching and mentoring students
• Proficiency in assessing and analyzing student performance
• Ability to develop student-focused learning content
• Prior experience in a training or teaching role is an advantage
• Flexibility to adapt to diverse learning styles and needs
