Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Aptitude Trainer located in Tirupati. The Aptitude Trainer will be responsible for conducting engaging training sessions to improve students' quantitative, logical reasoning, and verbal ability. The role involves preparing training materials, evaluating student performance, and identifying areas for improvement. Trainers will also customize teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs while ensuring measurable outcomes for students' skill enhancement.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Verbal Ability
• Experience in teaching, mentoring, or training students for competitive exams, placements, or similar assessments
• Ability to develop and deliver interactive and result-driven training sessions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students
• Organizational and evaluation skills to track and report student progress
• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Education, or related field preferred
• Prior experience with tech-based placement training is an added advantage
