Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Aptitude Trainer located in Pune. The Aptitude Trainer will be responsible for conducting training sessions to enhance students' aptitude and logical reasoning skills. Day-to-day tasks include developing curriculum content, delivering engaging classroom sessions, assessing student progress, and providing feedback. The Aptitude Trainer will also collaborate with faculty to integrate aptitude training into the overall educational program.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in creating and delivering curriculum content for aptitude and logical reasoning
• Experience in assessing student performance and providing constructive feedback
• Strong classroom management and engagement skills
• Excellent technical, written and verbal communication skills
• Any Bachelor's or Master's degree
• Ability to work collaboratively with students, faculty and staff
• Should have handled a student batch size of 50-60
• Experience in a similar training role for minimum 5 years
• Should own personal laptop and smart phone
