As the FINSAP ACS Development Head, your role is crucial in leading the development and modernization of EUCs solutions within the Finance organization. You will drive solution development across core financial functions, including EUC remediation, project governance, and compliance with global risk frameworks to support the digital transformation and operational resilience agendas of Finance. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage and develop multiple teams to achieve established goals, conduct personnel duties, and ensure adherence to best practices and processes - Lead EUC Remediation and ITeSS Risk Reduction efforts, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and internal control standards - Oversee the design and delivery of scalable, secure, and automation-aligned solutions within finance functions - Manage the full software development lifecycle for solutions developed in alignment with organizational standards - Drive structured project execution across multiple initiatives using agile or hybrid delivery models, track milestones, dependencies, risks, and benefits realization - Manage large, distributed development and QA teams across regions, define clear roles and objectives, and promote a culture of collaboration and innovation - Serve as the key technology contact to Finance EUC Risk and Controls teams, providing transparent updates on delivery, risks, and financials - Work with EUC Remediation Technology Head to manage technology budgets, allocate budgets based on project priority, and ensure accuracy in financial planning - Oversee vendor engagement, statements of work drafting and execution, and monitor vendor performance against SLAs and contractual KPIs **Qualifications:** - 15+ years of relevant experience - 8-10+ years of managerial experience - Proven experience managing software delivery in Finance Technology - Demonstrated ability to manage distributed development teams across global hubs and vendor sites - Advanced knowledge of strategic direction within relevant business functions - Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills - Proficient computer skills with a focus on Microsoft Office applications - Demonstrated leadership, management, and development skills In this role, your success will be defined by your ability to balance strategic leadership with operational execution, navigate matrixed environments, drive operational resilience and compliance, and demonstrate strong delivery and budget control discipline.
