A Day in the Life

• Assist in the recruitment process: job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling
• Coordinate and participate in onboarding activities for new hires
• Handle basic HR administrative tasks: maintain employee records and update HR databases
• Assist in preparing HR-related documents, reports, and presentations
• Assist in developing training materials and resources
• Supportcompliance efforts: ensure accurate record-keeping and documentation
  

What You Need

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or related field. Of batch 2020-2024 only
• Must be available for apprenticeship tenure of minimum 1 year
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
