To support the uninterrupted running of bread manufacturing machines, ovens, packaging lines, and electrical systems by performing routine checks, assisting in repairs, and maintaining safe operations. Key Responsibilities: > Conduct daily and weekly electrical checks of bread manufacturing machines (mixers, slicers, ovens, packaging machines, conveyors, etc.). > Assist in preventive maintenance of bakery production lines to minimize machine downtime. > Support in troubleshooting and repairing electrical faults in panels, motors, sensors, wiring, and lighting within the plant. > Monitor machines for abnormal functioning (overheating, wiring faults, panel trips) and promptly report issues to the supervisor. > Replace or install electrical parts like switches, fuses, motors, sensors, and control wiring as required. > Follow safe practices when handling electrical panels and high-load bakery equipment. > Maintain records of machine maintenance and repair logs, and assist in preparing reports. > Support senior technicians during major breakdowns or plant shutdown maintenance. > Maintain cleanliness and ensure safe working conditions in the maintenance workshop and production floor. > Follow all company safety standards, food safety policies, and environmental rules while performing tasks. Requirements: > ITI/Diploma in Electrical (preferred). > 1–2 years of experience in electrical maintenance (preferably in bakery/food manufacturing units). Freshers with training may also be considered. > Basic knowledge of motors, electrical panels, PLC wiring, and machine connections in food processing. > Willingness to work in shifts and attend urgent breakdown calls. > Good teamwork, discipline, and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced production environment. उद्देश्य ब्रेड बनाने की मशीनों, ओवन, पैकेजिंग लाइन और विद्युत प्रणाली का सुचारू संचालन सुनिश्चित करने के लिए नियमित जांच करना, मरम्मत में सहायता करना और सुरक्षित कामकाज बनाए रखना। मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँब्रेड बनाने की मशीनों (मिक्सर, स्लाइसर, ओवन, पैकेजिंग मशीन, कन्वेयर आदि) की दैनिक और साप्ताहिक विद्युत जांच करना। उत्पादन लाइन की निवारक (प्रिवेंटिव) मेंटेनेंस में सहयोग करना ताकि मशीन का डाउनटाइम कम से कम हो। पैनल, मोटर, सेंसर, वायरिंग और प्लांट की लाइटिंग में आने वाली विद्युत खराबियों की जाँच और मरम्मत में सहायता करना। मशीनों में किसी भी असामान्य कार्य (ज्यादा गर्म होना, वायरिंग फॉल्ट, पैनल ट्रिप) पर नज़र रखना और तुरंत सुपरवाइज़र को सूचित करना। आवश्यकता अनुसार स्विच, फ्यूज़, मोटर, सेंसर और कंट्रोल वायरिंग को बदलना या इंस्टॉल करना। विद्युत पैनल और हाई-लोड बेकरी उपकरणों को संभालते समय सुरक्षित तरीकों का पालन करना। मशीनों की मरम्मत और मेंटेनेंस का रिकॉर्ड रखना और रिपोर्ट बनाने में सहयोग करना। बड़े ब्रेकडाउन या प्लांट शटडाउन के समय सीनियर टेक्नीशियन की सहायता करना। वर्कशॉप और प्रोडक्शन फ्लोर की साफ-सफाई और सुरक्षित कार्य वातावरण बनाए रखना। कंपनी की सभी सुरक्षा मानक, फूड सेफ्टी पॉलिसी और पर्यावरण नियमों का पालन करना। आवश्यकताएँ आईटीआई/डिप्लोमा (इलेक्ट्रिकल में) वरीयता दी जाएगी। 1–2 साल का विद्युत रखरखाव (विशेष रूप से बेकरी/फूड मैन्युफैक्चरिंग यूनिट) में अनुभव। प्रशिक्षित फ्रेशर भी लिए जा सकते हैं। मोटर, विद्युत पैनल, पीएलसी वायरिंग और फूड प्रोसेसिंग मशीन कनेक्शन का बेसिक ज्ञान। शिफ्ट में काम करने की इच्छा और आपातकालीन ब्रेकडाउन कॉल पर तुरंत उपलब्ध होना। अच्छी टीमवर्क क्षमता, अनुशासन और तेज़-तर्रार उत्पादन माहौल में सीखने की लगन।
