Project Role Description :
Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end Microsoft Intune deployment and management for Windows, iOS, Android, and macOS devicesConfigure Device Configuration Profiles, Compliance Policies, and Configuration Baselines in Intune.Configure Wi-Fi, VPN, certificates, and other network profiles using Intune.Drive remediation for non-compliant devices and address security vulnerabilities.Implement Zero Trust principlesManage application deployment through Intune (Win32, MS Store, LOB apps).Configure and manage policies for device compliance, conditional access, app protection (MAM), and Windows Autopilot.Technical Experience6–9 years of total IT experience, with 3+ years dedicated to Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Management.Strong expertise in:Microsoft Intune (MDM & MAM)Azure Active Directory and Conditional Access policiesWindows Autopilot deployment and provisioningWi-Fi, VPN, and Certificate profile managementApple Business Manager (ABM), Google Zero-Touch, and corporate enrollment programsCompliance and Security policy enforcement, including Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and BitLocker managementApplication deployment:Win32, LOB, VPP, MS Store for BusinessProficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and bulk administration.Knowledge of macOS and shared iPad management using Intune (preferred).Familiarity with ServiceNow ITSM processes and ticketing workflows.Professional AttributesStrong leadership skills to mentor and manage teams while driving project deliverables.Excellent communication and client-facing presentation skills to interact with senior stakeholders.Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities with a focus on root cause analysis and continuous improvement.Proactive approach to process improvement and delivering enhanced end-user experiences.Educational QualificationBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information TechnologyPreferred Certifications:Microsoft Certified:Intune Administrator Associate (MD-102)Microsoft 365 Certified:Administrator Expert (MS-102) Qualification 15 years full time education
