· Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

· Ability to follow escalation protocols and communicate effectively.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience


•Exposure to mobile app support (iOS/Android).

•Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Bash) for automation.
