Application Support Specialist

Role Overview: You will be responsible for providing application and incident management support for SkyChain, a cargo management application provided by Accelya. Your expertise in Cargo Domain operations and Splunk log analysis/debugging will be essential for effectively carrying out your responsibilities. Additionally, you must be available for out-of-hours on-call support when required. Key Responsibilities: - Experience in SkyChain application support OR strong Cargo domain knowledge - Expertise in Splunk log analysis and debugging - Strong incident management and troubleshooting capabilities - Ability to provide on-call support outside regular hours Qualification Required: - Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field - 3+ years of experience in application support and troubleshooting - Prior experience in airline cargo operations is a plus,
