Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Application Support Specialist located in Pune. The role involves providing technical and application support to end-users, troubleshooting issues, ensuring optimal system performance, and addressing user inquiries. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing problems, identifying root causes, and working collaboratively with the technical team to implement effective solutions. The specialist will act as a liaison between users and the IT department to ensure seamless operations and provide high-quality customer service.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, CAD/CAM, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in SolidWorks application support or CAD-related technical support roles.
• Strong understanding of SolidWorks modules including Part, Assembly, Drawing, and Simulation.
• Certification in SolidWorks (CSWP/CSWE) is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in Application Support and Technical Support, with a focus on delivering solutions to end-users efficiently.
• Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to Troubleshoot complex technical problems effectively.
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with users and technical teams clearly and professionally.
