Application Support Specialist

As an Application Support Specialist at our company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation, performance, and availability of Newgen applications such as LMS, CMS, SRM, and LOS. With over 6 years of experience in platform support, your expertise in problem-solving and incident management will be essential in optimizing application performance.
