Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Application Support Specialist. The specialist will provide application and technical support, perform troubleshooting tasks, ensure timely issue resolution, and assist in maintaining software applications. Responsibilities include analyzing data to identify problems, collaborating with team members to improve processes, and delivering effective communication with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Application Support and Technical Support
• Strong Analytical Skills and Troubleshooting expertise
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Knowledge of IT support systems and tools is a plus
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
