Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Provide L2/L3 application & production support for MEAN stack applications.
Handle production incidents, troubleshoot issues, and ensure SLA adherence.
Perform root cause analysis, problem resolution, and change management.
Support real-time deployments, monitoring, performance analysis, and system health checks.
Work with development and DevOps teams to resolve platform issues.
Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines using
GitHub Actions / Jenkins
.
Manage containerized applications using
Docker & Kubernetes
.
Work with both
RDBMS (PostgreSQL)
and
NoSQL (MongoDB)
databases.
Follow ITIL practices and maintain support documentation.

Required Technical Skills

MEAN Stack:
Node.js, Angular, Express.js, MongoDB
DevOps / CI-CD:
GitHub Actions, Jenkins
Containerization:
Docker, Kubernetes
Databases:
PostgreSQL, MongoDB
Strong troubleshooting & production monitoring
Experience in incident & change management

Good to Have

Cloud knowledge (AWS/Azure/GCP)
ITIL certification

Preferred candidate profile

Experienced Application Support Engineer skilled in MEAN stack, production issue resolution, CI/CD, Docker/K8s, and database troubleshooting. Able to work US shifts and handle incidents independently.
