Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to troubleshoot problems, analyzing system performance, and ensuring that all applications run smoothly to support business operations effectively. You will engage with different teams to gather insights and feedback, contributing to the continuous improvement of the systems in place. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining the integrity and efficiency of the software applications that drive the organization forward. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BRIM Convergent Charging (CC). - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Experience with system integration and troubleshooting. - Familiarity with software development life cycle methodologies. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP BRIM Convergent Charging (CC). - This position is based at our Mumbai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
