Your typical day will involve acting as a software detective, utilizing your expertise in Account Delivery Management to provide a dynamic service to our clients. Roles & Responsibilities: Provide technical support for critical business systems, utilizing your expertise in Account Delivery Management to ensure timely resolution of issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and troubleshoot complex technical issues, utilizing your strong problem-solving skills to provide effective solutions. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, utilizing your expertise in Account Management to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices and standard operating procedures, utilizing your experience in Application/Cloud Support to drive continuous improvement. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Expertise in Account Delivery Management. Good To Have Skills:Experience in Account Management. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients. Experience in Application/Cloud Support, with a solid understanding of best practices and standard operating procedures. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Account Delivery Management. The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions.
