- Role: Application Support Engineer focusing on deployment, cloud, and CI/CD.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Deployment: Plan and execute application deployments following change management standards.
- Incident Management, RCA, monitoring, and ensuring system stability in cloud-based systems (GCP, Azure, AWS).
- Collaborate with stakeholders and maintain documentation.
- Participate in on-call rotation for 24/7 support.
- Qualifications:
- 5+ years in production support with focus on cloud systems.
- Knowledge of incident management, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with Apache, IIS, SQL databases, and scripting (Python, Shell).
- Desired: CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub), JIRA, Confluence, PagerDuty.
