Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and resolves issues within various components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to troubleshoot problems, analyzing system performance, and ensuring that all applications run smoothly to support business operations effectively. You will engage with different teams to gather insights and feedback, which will help in enhancing system functionality and user experience. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining the integrity and efficiency of the software systems that drive the organization forward. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate training sessions for junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. - Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP MM Materials Management. - Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively. - Experience with system integration and data management. - Familiarity with business process analysis and optimization. - Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP MM Materials Management. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
