15 years full time educationSummary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and solves issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot and resolve application-related problems, ensuring the smooth operation of essential services, and continuously monitoring system performance to preemptively address potential issues. You will engage in discussions to share insights and contribute to the overall improvement of application support processes, fostering a proactive approach to system management. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and implementation of application support strategies to enhance system reliability. - Engage in knowledge sharing sessions to promote best practices and continuous learning within the team. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dynatrace Administration. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with System Monitoring Tools & Techniques. - Strong understanding of application performance monitoring and optimization. - Familiarity with incident management processes and tools. - Ability to analyze logs and metrics to identify performance bottlenecks. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Dynatrace Administration. - This position is based at our Noida office. - A 15 years full time education is required., 15 years full time education
