Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will engage in a variety of tasks that involve identifying and resolving issues within critical business systems. Your day will typically include collaborating with team members to troubleshoot software problems, analyzing system performance, and ensuring that all components function seamlessly. You will also be responsible for documenting your findings and solutions, contributing to a knowledge base that enhances the team's efficiency and effectiveness. Your role will require a proactive approach to problem-solving, ensuring that business operations run smoothly and efficiently. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for application support. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and reliability. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI). - Strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights. - Experience with troubleshooting and resolving software issues. - Familiarity with database management and data visualization techniques. - Ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical stakeholders. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI). - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
