Summary:As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and solves issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex problems, ensuring the seamless operation of essential applications and services. You will engage in proactive monitoring and maintenance, contributing to the overall efficiency and reliability of the systems you support. Your role will require you to stay updated on the latest technologies and best practices, enabling you to deliver effective solutions and enhance user experiences across the organization. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME.-Own governance of Incident, Major Incident, Problem, Change, Availability, and Service Request processes.-Chair CAB, service review, and client steering committee meetings.-Drive transformation and productivity improvements (automation, AI Ops, shift-left).-Manage stakeholder communications during major incidents.-Sponsor continual service improvement programs.-Ensure SLA adherence across all towers and report to client leadership Professional & Technical

  • Proficiency in Infrastructure Service Management.- Strong understanding of incident management processes and tools.-Forward-thinking, strategic mindset with ability to foresee risks.-Strong stakeholder engagement and CxO-level presentation skills.-Excellent written and spoken communication.-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.-People management and mentoring ability.-Ability to work across geographies and time zones.-Available during US business hours; flexible for critical incident bridges.
    Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Infrastructure Service Management.- This position is based at our Gurugram office.- A 15 years full time education is required. Qualification 15 years full time education
