Summary:As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and solves issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot and resolve software-related challenges, ensuring the seamless operation of essential applications and systems. You will engage in problem-solving activities, analyze system performance, and contribute to the continuous improvement of service delivery, all while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities:Configure NexThink suite for digital experience monitoringAnalyze user experience data and generate insightsAutomate remediation workflows using scriptingDevelop and maintain dashboards and reportsCollaborate with IT teams to improve end-user experienceLead initiatives for proactive issue resolution Professional & Technical
