Application Specialist

As an IT Application Lead at ReNew, you will be responsible for managing the Application Landscape. Your key responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide solutions - Planning resources, developing team skill matrix, and managing team workload effectively - Leading and managing a team of IT professionals - Mentoring, guiding, and coaching direct reports to enhance their capabilities and build management depth within the organization - Selecting and implementing new technologies for ReNew's digital transformation journey - Ensuring requirements traceability and introducing new application requirements in a controlled manner with consideration for functional dependencies, integration points, and regression issues - Taking the lead in IT projects to optimize operations and enhance productivity - Using knowledge of business strategies and obstacles to design problem-solving, business-focused applications - Leveraging experience in working with SAP to develop a strategic plan for a global ERP environment - Demonstrating expert-level knowledge of SAP development functionality and implementation methodology - Maintaining existing applications and collaborating with business stakeholders to understand challenges and develop a digital transformation journey roadmap - Focusing on technology adoption and preparing and tracking overall return on investment (ROI) You will play a crucial role in driving innovation and efficiency within ReNew's IT landscape.,
