Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary

  Point of Contact (POC)

  for assigned students after registration.
• Collect and verify necessary documents for university applications (academic transcripts, passports, language proficiency certificates, LORs, portfolios, financial documents, etc.).
• Submit applications to partner universities and track progress.
• Guide students in making tuition fee payments (via forex, bank loan, or other methods).
• Coordinate with the visa team to lodge study permit/visa applications.
• Assist students with post-admission needs such as accommodation arrangements.
• Motivate, inspire, and reassure students throughout their journey.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely follow-ups.

What We’re Looking For

• Freshers & Experienced candidates

  welcome (training provided).
• Strong communication skills in English (additional regional/foreign languages are a plus).
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple student cases simultaneously.
• A student-first mindset: patient, polite, diligent, and supportive.
• Basic sales/negotiation skills to encourage timely tuition fee payments.
• Willingness to commit to Fairfuture for at least 2 years (to make the most of training and growth opportunities).
• Prior experience in overseas education consultancy is an advantage but not mandatory.
