Application Manager

You are a highly skilled and experienced Application Manager responsible for overseeing and managing the design, development, implementation, and support of lending application systems, including CRM and digital journeys for lending products. With a minimum of 5+ years of experience managing applications related to Loan Origination System (LOS), Loan Management System (LMS), General Ledger (GL), CRM systems, and digital experience platforms, you possess expertise in optimizing application performance and enhancing customer engagement. Your key responsibilities include leading and managing the application lifecycle for key lending systems, overseeing day-to-day support and maintenance of lending applications to ensure optimal performance, managing CRM systems and digital customer journeys, collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective application solutions, managing upgrades and enhancements, ensuring system integration across different platforms, resolving technical issues, monitoring system performance, and providing leadership and mentoring to junior application support staff. To excel in this role, you must hold a Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, and have a strong knowledge of lending products, processes, customer journeys, and industry standards. You should possess in-depth understanding of LOS, LMS, GL, and CRM platforms, experience in system implementation, integration, and support for financial and CRM systems, proficiency in using automation tools for testing, familiarity with Agile methodologies, excellent project management skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
