Must have skills : Microsoft Robotic Process Automation Advanced Good to have skills : NA Minimum 7.5 Year(s) Of Experience Is Required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure project milestones are met, addressing any challenges that arise, and providing guidance to team members to foster a productive work environment. You will also engage in strategic discussions to align project goals with organizational objectives, ensuring that the applications developed meet the highest standards of quality and functionality. Your role will require you to stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve application performance and user experience. Roles & Responsibilities: Good Verbal, written communication, and presentation skills Lead the UiPath RPA architecture and technical design for end-to-end automation solutions. Understand the importance of Robotic Process Automation and various aspects & considerations with respect to implementation of Robotic Process Automation Collaborate with Business Analysts, Project Managers, and business stakeholders to understand automation requirements and identify opportunities for RPA. Interpret business processes and requirements to design scalable, secure, and efficient RPA UiPath solutions. Create comprehensive technical documentation including Solution Design Documents (SDD), Process Design Instructions (PDI), and Object Design Instructions (ODI). Build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements by Adopting best practices around coding, design, quality and performance Provide hands-on support for troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges during development, testing, and deployment phases. Demonstrate a deep understanding of RPA tools and platforms, including advanced concepts such as security, orchestration, and infrastructure. Team handling/ management experience Understanding/ hands on experience of agile and waterfall framework Expertise in end to end implementation of RPA project life cycle Professional & Technical Skills: 9+ years of IT development experience 4+ years of experience in RPA UiPath development as a Technical Architect In-depth knowledge and exposure of RPA and UiPath tool (Knows advanced Concept like UiPath Understanding, Action Center, OCR , etc.) In-depth knowledge Source Control & DevOps (CI/CD) – Using Git, Azure DevOps, Jenkins for version control and pipeline automation in RPA projects. Deep understanding and ability to tailor the REFramework for complex transactional processes. Experience throughout the entire RPA project lifecycle Good to have knowledge of .Net, C# , SQL Basic understanding of JIRA, SNOW, SVN, TFS, MS Teams, Git Hub, Microsoft SSMS, visual studio, eclipse, project planner Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation Advanced. - This position is based in Pune. - A 15 years full time education is required.
