15 years full time educationSummary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that application requirements are met, overseeing the development process, and providing guidance to team members. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that the applications are aligned with business needs and technical specifications, while fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: - Experience with SuccessFactors, particularly integration with on-premise SAP HCM, is highly desirable - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones. Professional & Technical Skills: - Willingness to learn, Positive attitude, Conflict resolution - Work in shift rotation 24/7 and handle on-call support - leading the team, managing incidents and change requests, ensuring timely issue resolution, and providing guidance to team members. - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP HCM Personnel Administration. - Strong understanding of application design and development processes. - Experience with configuration and customization of SAP HCM modules. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues effectively. - Familiarity with project management methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP HCM Personnel Administration. - This position is based in Hyderabad. - A 15 years full time education is required.
