Application Infrastructure Engineer (Architect)

As an Associate Director of Novartis Core Infrastructure Services/ Engineering organization at Sandoz, you play a crucial role in the execution, continuous improvement, service delivery, and operations of a specific function/platform. Your responsibilities include developing and maintaining a technology roadmap to support the respective service strategies, overseeing the operational health and lifecycle of technology solutions, and designing and deploying technology solutions during major incidents. Your goal is to automate service deployments and management to enable modern delivery flows, such as DevOps and SRE, to enhance efficiency and flexibility while reducing costs. In this role, you are tasked with recruiting, coaching, and maturing a high-performing team that aligns with business and technology objectives.
