Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Application Engineer to join our team. This role involves traveling across Kerala to meet doctors, demonstrate medical equipment, provide technical support, and discuss product features. You will be the key point of contact between our company and healthcare professionals, ensuring smooth implementation and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for doctors and hospital staff.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare providers.
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support.
• Assist in installation and troubleshooting of medical equipment.
• Travel across Kerala to hospitals and clinics as per schedule.
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and provide technical insights.
• Document field activities and submit timely reports.

Requirements

• Graduate in Biomedical Engineering / Electronics / Life Sciences (preferred, but not mandatory if experienced in medical equipment field).
• Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Kerala.
• Preference for candidates with a two-wheeler (bike/scooter) and valid driving license.
• Ability to present confidently to doctors and medical staff.
• Quick learner with problem-solving skills and customer-focused approach.

Training & Career Path

• 1-month training period will be provided on product knowledge and field operations.
• Confirmation to permanent position will be based on performance during training.
• Opportunity to grow into senior technical/managerial roles.
