Job Description

Qualification Criteria: Degree or diploma in a technical field (any discipline) or an equivalent professional certification. Alternatively, a minimum of 3 years of experience in a related technical role. Key Responsibilities: Execute all tasks and apply knowledge areas outlined under the Technician role. Handle L1, L2, and L3 network components with advanced understanding. Demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills and sound knowledge of network operations. Prepare daily and periodic reports. Manage quarterly inventory updates. Operate VMS software, with proficiency in Genetec preferred. Possess entry-level knowledge of server architecture and a basic understanding of SQL databases. Operate and troubleshoot CCTV and Access Control Systems (ACS). Conduct software installation and troubleshooting. Handle OFC troubleshooting including OTDR analysis and splicing. Plan and maintain Preventive Maintenance Schedule (PMS) data. Oversee end-to-end inventory management and maintain detailed documentation. Provide L1 support for Genetec servers. General Requirement: Valid driving license for both two-wheelers and four-wheelers is mandatory.
