Network Engineer

DIGITRON INDIA is seeking a skilled and experienced Network Engineer to join our team at our Kawai, Rajasthan site. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT networking, fiber optic cabling, and LAN infrastructure troubleshooting. If you have hands-on experience in field work and a passion for network technology, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Install, terminate, and test fiber optic cables and LAN cables . Diagnose and resolve issues related to network connectivity and cable faults . Perform troubleshooting of fiber and copper LAN networks. Execute basic switch configuration and network setup. Conduct regular maintenance and monitoring of network systems. Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for smooth network operations. Ensure timely resolution of network downtime or performance issues. Required Qualifications: Diploma in IT or related field OR 2–3 years of experience as a field technician or network support engineer. Strong knowledge of fiber placing, splicing , and troubleshooting techniques . Familiarity with LAN/WAN architecture and switch configuration . Ability to work independently in the field environment. Preferred Skills: Understanding of network protocols and basic routing/switching concepts . Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Willingness to travel and work in outdoor/field locations.
