Key ResponsibilitiesCNC machine installation, alignment, calibration, and commissioning. Handling breakdown calls, maintenance visits, and troubleshooting issues. Conduct machine trials, sample production support, accuracy inspection. Provide operator training, machine programming & operation guidelines. Coordinate with design & production team for technical modifications. Prepare service reports, visit summaries, and maintain documentation. Support sales team with technical solutions and application presentations. Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain communication during service. Perform preventive maintenance at customer sites as scheduled. Assist in retrofit, automation and improvement projects. Required Skills / KnowledgeKnowledge of CNC systems (Siemens / Fanuc / Mitsubishi etc.) Application knowledge of CNC grinding machines / tool room machinery. Understanding of mechanical drawings, GD&T, hydraulics & pneumatics. Hands-on experience in machine assembly, service or application support. Basic understanding of electrical panels & controllers (advantage). Good communication skills – Hindi & English Customer handling and problem-solving skills.
