Implement, operate, and maintain mechanical systems, machines, and components in the plant. 1,Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery to ensure optimal performance. 2,Prepare and review mechanical drawings, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and technical documents for projects and maintenance. 3,Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for machine breakdowns and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. 4,Ensure proper calibration and alignment of equipment for precision and efficiency. 5,Monitor production processes to improve efficiency, reduce downtime, and maintain product quality. 6,Operate and maintain CNC, conventional machines, and various mechanical tools as required. 7,Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and contractors for procurement of spare parts and technical support. 8,Support project activities including machine installation, commissioning, modifications, and upgrades.
