Job Summary

Bluphlux is seeking a skilled Appian Developer to join our innovative team. As an Appian Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing SAIL interfaces and Appian BPM solutions to enhance our recruitment process. You will work closely with our team to implement cutting-edge technology that revolutionizes traditional hiring methods.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop SAIL interfaces and Appian BPM solutions.
Collaborate with the team to integrate Appian applications with existing systems.
Ensure the scalability and reliability of Appian applications.
Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Appian applications.
Stay updated with the latest Appian features and best practices.

Required Qualifications

Proven experience as an Appian Developer.
Strong knowledge of SAIL interfaces and Appian BPM.
Experience with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills

Experience with integrating Appian applications with other systems.
Knowledge of AI and machine learning technologies.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to adapt to new technologies and processes.
