Role Overview: We are looking for a skilled Appian Developer to design, develop, and implement business process management (BPM) solutions using the Appian platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Appian architecture, process models, data management, and integrations, along with a strong understanding of software development practices. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop Appian applications, including process models, interfaces, records, reports, and integrations. Lead & Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Implement complex Appian plug-ins, smart services, and integration components (REST, SOAP, RDBMS, etc.). Configure and manage Appian environments (cloud/on-premises) and ensure performance tuning and optimization. Apply Appian best practices for security, scalability, and maintainability. Support testing activities (unit, system, UAT) and troubleshoot production issues. Maintain documentation for design, implementation, and support processes. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement. Must Have Skills: 6+ years of hands-on experience in Appian BPM development . Strong understanding of Appian Objects (process models, records, reports, CDT, SAIL interfaces, etc.). Experience with Appian 21.x/22.x/23.x (or latest).
