Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for actively listening, demonstrating non-verbal communication skills, showing empathy, and effectively developing trust. Additionally, you will be responsible for supporting the project team as a communication liaison, contributing administratively, and possessing strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with the team and client representatives as directed. You should be able to work both independently and as part of a team, providing administrative and project support. In your role of "Own," your responsibilities will include meeting coordination, tracking invoices, transcribing meeting minutes, managing the project directory, producing monthly reports, maintaining project data, managing documents, following up on project tasks promptly, effectively communicating with the project/program team, and inputting and maintaining data in PDS technology systems. Under the "Support" category, your duties will involve meeting coordination, invoice tracking, meeting minute transcription, project directory management, monthly report production, project data maintenance, document management, timely follow-up on project tasks, effective communication with the project/program team, and data input and maintenance in PDS technology systems.,
