Key Responsibilities: Video Content Creation & Editing: Conceptualize, create, and edit high-quality video content for various platforms (e.g., YouTube, Instagram Reels, TikTok, website, internal communications). Transform raw ideas into polished, engaging, and impactful videos that align with our brand's messaging and marketing objectives. Incorporate motion graphics, special effects, sound design, and music to elevate video quality and viewer experience. Manage and organize video assets, ensuring efficient workflow and archiving. Stay abreast of current video trends, techniques, and software advancements. Content Strategy & Planning: Collaborate with the marketing and other relevant teams to plan content calendars and ensure cohesive messaging across all channels. Contribute creative ideas for video and social media campaigns that resonate with our target audience. Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent tone of voice. Requirements: Proven Experience: A strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional video production skills. Video Editing Expertise: Proficiency in industry-standard video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Jitter). Experience with motion graphics and visual effects (e.g., Adobe After Effects) is highly desirable. A keen eye for detail, pacing, and visual storytelling. Understanding of various video formats, codecs, and delivery specifications for different platforms. Basic knowledge of color grading and sound mixing. Creative & Strategic Mindset: Ability to think creatively and translate concepts into compelling visual and written content. Strong understanding of brand building and audience engagement strategies. Proactive in identifying new trends and technologies in video production and social media. Organizational & Time Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively. Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail. Communication & Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
