This position will play a key role in strengthening network and awareness of the animal feed business. Provide technical support to cattle feed users and non-users to improve management practices along with productive and reproductive performance of animals leading to improve overall farm productivity and profitability of farmers. Visit potential customers, capable to judge the best cow and calf from herd. Should address organized farmers meetings in order to explore possibility for usage of GAVL cattle feed. Apart, should support and strengthen the sales capability of cattle feed sales team. Desired Skills and Experience B.V. Sc. & A.H. with 7 to 8 years’ experience in cattle related segment (or) M.V.Sc. in Animal Nutrition, Gynecology, Medicine, Dairy Science, Livestock Production Management with minimum 2 years’ experience Good in communication, ability to address formal / informal meetings with large number of farmers, sound technical knowledge, willing to travel and work in rural area, knowledge of local language, Good analytical and reasoning skills; well versed with business, finance and problem-solving techniques. Dynamic and Result Oriented with excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills. Should be willing to travel extensively in the region Preferred candidate profile
