Job Title : Business Manager
Job Locations : Pune, Sangli, Jaipur
Qualification : Graduate in any stream
1. Manage Target Collection, DSO assigned territories
2. Monitor and review Sales plan and ensure its completion within scheduled time and budget
3. Manage business activities focusing on financial and strategic growth of organization
4. Assess counts' needs and present suitable promoted products.
5. Build strong relationship with the customers in order to maintain good revenue growth
E. Create harmonious working environment, train and mentor sales team and motivate all team members to perform efficiently.
7. Coordinate with marketing team to develop and implement operational plans for new product launches/Campaigns/Doctors Meets/Conferences
8. Attend sales meetings, conference calls, training sessions
9. Recruitment and retention
10. Vacant territory management
