Job Description

1. Sales & Business Development

Achieve and exceed regional sales targets for animal health products (pharma medicines).
Drive business growth through strategic planning, new market development, and customer retention initiatives.
Develop and implement region-specific sales strategies aligned with national business goals.

2. Team Leadership & Management

Lead, coach, and mentor 1st Line Business Managers to ensure effective team management.
Oversee and guide 20 Sales Executives in achieving their sales objectives.
Monitor performance through KPIs, field visits, and regular reviews.
Foster a culture of accountability, performance excellence, and continuous learning.

3. Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with veterinarians, distributors, and key opinion leaders in the region.
Ensure high-quality customer engagement through regular field visits, product demonstrations, and value-based discussions.

4. Market Intelligence & Strategy

Monitor competitive activities, market trends, and customer needs in Uttar Pradesh & Uttarakhand.
Provide inputs to marketing and product teams for campaign planning, product positioning, and pricing strategies.

5. Compliance & Reporting

Ensure adherence to company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory guidelines.
Submit timely reports on sales performance, market developments, and resource utilization.
