Role Description

4+ - 6 years of client facing finance consulting experience with an EPM background (with exposure to minimum of 2-3 implementations).
Accounting, Finance background is preferred
Experience in implementation of Close and consolidation solutions using tools like Fluence, Oracle FCCS/HFM, OneStream and good knowledge on consolidation process
Demonstrates solid knowledge and experience with leading practices in the following areas

Month End Consolidation, GAAP, SEC and Statutory Reporting
Demonstrates solid knowledge and experience in leading technical implementation of EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) tools: Anaplan and Oracle FCCS/HFM etc.

Desired function knowledge, understanding of Income statement, different methods of consolidation and their calculations and disclosure in financial statements.
Good functional knowledge Finance/accounting/General Ledger/Sub Ledgers
Sound knowledge on Financial Reports
Experience working in an Agile Environment.
Perform analysis, design, and development of Solutions.
Identification of business requirements, functional and technical design, prototyping, testing, training, and defining support procedures.
Proven ability to connect business requirements to technical solution
Maintain Test scenarios and expected results for test streams, including Unit Testing, System Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing and Deployment Testing.
Good communication Skills
