What You’ll Do

• Build and deploy

  advanced analytical models

  using ML algorithms, Agentic AI, and GenAI.
• Analyze large, complex datasets to uncover trends, insights, and business opportunities.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and deliver

  data-driven solutions

  within the

  Retail/CPG domain

  .
• Create dashboards and compelling visualizations using

  Power BI / Tableau

  .
• Continuously optimize models and methodologies for accuracy and performance.
• Stay updated with the latest in ML, GenAI, LLMs, and analytics innovations.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to internal knowledge-sharing.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or similar.

• 7+ years

  of experience in advanced analytics, machine learning, Generative AI, or Agentic AI.
• Strong hands-on expertise in

  predictive analytics, text analytics, forecasting

  , and quantitative modeling.
• Proficiency in

  Python, SQL (BigQuery preferred)

  , and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI).
• Experience working with

  Retail/CPG/Tech

  datasets.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and problem-solving skills.

Desired Skills

• Deep experience with

  Generative AI, Large Language Models (GPT, Gemini, Llama)

  .
• Expertise in

  Prompt Engineering, Fine-tuning, Embeddings, Vectorization, RAG

  .
• Hyperparameter tuning (temperature, top-p, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with

  Vertex AI

  , GCP tools, BigQuery, JupyterLab (must-have).
• Strong ML fundamentals:
• Supervised: Regression, Classification, GBMs, SVM, Random Forests
• Unsupervised: K-means, PCA, clustering
• Reinforcement: Q-learning, DQN
• Strong knowledge of NLP: NER, sentiment analysis, topic modeling, text classification.
• Familiarity with

  PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, spaCy, NLTK, scikit-learn

  , conversational AI, semantic search & cosine similarity.
