Job Title:

Analytics & Insights professional

Key Responsibilities:

Build advanced
diagnostics and analytics models
to identify new revenue opportunities and business interventions.
Partner with retail teams to analyze store performance and design action plans for
productivity improvement
.
Perform
customer and CRM analytics
to identify re-engagement opportunities and enable targeted campaigns.
Conduct
scheme and promotion analytics
to measure effectiveness and recommend optimizations.
Present insights and recommendations to
senior leadership
in a clear and business-relevant manner.

Skills & Experience Required:

Strong proficiency in
SQL, Excel, and Python
.
Hands-on experience in
advanced analytics, statistical modelling, and BI tools
.
Ability to translate data into actionable business insights that drive
sales, margin improvement, and customer engagement
.
Strong problem-solving, data storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
Proven ability to influence
CXO / senior management
through insights and recommendations.
