Analytics Manager

As the Manager in the analytics department, you will be responsible for driving departmental strategies in collaboration with your team. Your key tasks will include connecting with stakeholders and clients to understand project requirements, ensuring timely delivery with expected quality, and fostering skill development programs to enhance the team's capabilities. Leading a team with diverse roles such as data extraction, data mining, data analysis, and business problem-solving, you will ensure alignment of data and analytics initiatives with organizational goals. Your role will involve overseeing end-to-end development and implementation of data insights, managing databases for operations, and ensuring adherence to planned deliveries and automation processes. You will conduct regular meetings with stakeholders and the team to provide technical support, guidance, mentorship, and feedback. Performance evaluations, business updates with leaders, and driving key strategic projects in collaboration with operations leaders will also be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will provide domain knowledge support and promote a culture of learning and innovation within the team. To be successful in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a comparable field. You are required to have at least 9+ years of experience in data analytics or data science, with expertise in advanced SQL, Power BI, VBA automation, database management, and statistical tools like R studio. Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and experience in people and project management are essential requirements for this position.,
