Analytics Manager

As an Analytics Manager at Research Partnership, a renowned pharma market research and consulting agency, you will have the opportunity to work on a significant Brand Equity tracking project for a regional client covering multiple Therapy Areas in various Asia Pacific markets. Your role will involve leveraging your expertise in programming, particularly in MS Excel VBA, and statistical skills using tools like SPSS, R, and Q to conduct analyses. You will report to the Analytics Director in the UK and actively contribute to all stages of project progression, playing a crucial role in shaping the client's brand strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct statistical analysis using primary market research data - Advise on sample size and questionnaire design - Build Excel tools for various studies - Support research executives in understanding statistical and digital methodologies - Engage in department-wide training initiatives to enhance analytical techniques awareness - Liaise with data teams, respond to statistical queries, and interpret analysis results - Support senior researchers in client-facing activities Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 5 years of practical experience in data science, market research advanced methods, or digital analytics - Expertise in SPSS, R, and additional tools like Python and Xlstats highly beneficial - Experience in Key Drivers Analysis, SEM, Segmentation, Conjoint analysis, and similar methodologies - Exposure to healthcare industry is an added advantage - Proactive, detail-oriented, collaborative, and possessing strong communication skills Research Partnership fosters a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and personal development.
