Job Description

As an Analytics and Modeling Analyst at Accenture, you will be responsible for improving workforce performance and productivity, boosting business agility, increasing revenue, and reducing costs. Your role will involve leveraging your talent and HR practice skills in talent management to support workforce behavior alignment with the organization's business strategy. You will be expected to possess the ability to perform effectively under pressure, demonstrate agility for quick learning, work well in a team environment, exhibit strong analytical skills, and have a process-oriented approach to tasks. Your responsibilities will include analyzing and solving lower-complexity problems, interacting with peers within Accenture for updates before reporting to supervisors, and potentially having limited exposure to clients and/or Accenture management.
