What would you do? Improve workforce performance and productivity, boosts business agility, increases revenue and reduces costsThe Business Analysis team prepares operations analyses, including analysis of competitors, operationaleffectiveness and capacity utilization. Analyzes, and plans and/or conducts procedures that provide operationaland/or technical support to business operations to achieve specific objectives. Maintains an ongoing interface withvarious organizational and regional groups in areas such as decision analysis, technical needs, planning andexecution.A set of tasks to provide insights about the effectiveness of HR processes, procedures and policies, help make data-driven decisions based on the information collected and help HR to move from operational to tactical or strategic partner.
What are we looking for? Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skillsExperience in data extraction, manipulation and reporting or Data Science and AnalyticsSound knowledge of MS Excel/G-SheetWorked on writing codes using VBA/R/Python etc.Sound knowledge of HR Process or Employee Life-CycleIndependent visualization expertise using Tableau/LookerStudio/PowerBI etc.Adaptable and Flexible to manage different activities and stakeholders independentlyExperienced in working in global shared service environment or managing global stakeholdersWillingness to learn new technologies required to perform different jobsExperience in Reporting through SuccessFactors AdHoc Reporting, ORD, Report Stories and/or WFAExperience of any ETL process or systems such as AWS, Azure, GoogleCloud etc.Ability to write or customize SQL scripts
Roles and Responsibilities:
Perform BAU Reporting Activities independently Maintain data confidentiality and privacyUnderstand customer requests from AdHoc reporting cases, provide accurate data support withintimelines. Interact with customers to understand requirements if needed.Provide support to internal leadership on AdHoc basisIndependently work with stakeholders by requirement gathering, set realistic expectations andtimelines, provide requested support in timely manner maintaining high service level satisfactionAct as a consultant to customers and recommend best solutions to meet their strategic objectives whileensuring no significant workload added to the team's bucketAct as a solution architect to understand customers problem statement and designing best possiblesolution/visualization to assist their strategies while keeping check on timelines, setting realisticexpectations and efficient ongoing approachRefine existing BAU processes and eliminate process waste to reduce processing time and maintainSOPMentor junior team members by coaching and performing quality checksKeeping data quality in checks and raising flags in case of inconsistenciesTake ownership of learning new tools and technologies required to perform certain activitiesLook for ways to automate existing process and meet the CI targets for the teamContribute to fulfillment of team's KPI goals and targetsActively participate in team's development initiatives
